The Faculty of Engineering is about 25 minutes far by foot.

We have reserved up to 60 rooms at special rates that can be booked at any of the four hotels, depending on availability.
Room availability at special rates is guaranteed until May 3, 2007.
Please note that rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis, so please consider to book in advance if you wish to stay in a particular hotel of your choice.

Prices are in euro, per room per night, breakfast (buffet) and tax included.

Alternatively, you can go the hotel website www.bolognaarthotels.it. In the home page, follow the link Meetings and Congresses, then click on the Booking online link to view the complete list of next meetings and conferences and make your booking.
Select IEEE Policy Workshop 2007 to be directed to the booking webpage. You will be requested to insert a username and a password to apply for the workshop special rates.
