Manifestation of interest and discount (expired)

Important: you can be awarded a 50 euro discount coupon if you manifest your interest in the DALT school by the end of November 2010 and pay a standard registration by the end of January 2011. The discount will be applied to the early registration fee.

To manifest your interest in the school, send an e-mail to dalt.school.2011@gmail.com, indicating your intention to participate. Also indicate if you wish to attend any ISCL courses. In that case, indicate which DALT courses you would not attend. Be aware that courses of the two co-located schools are held in parallel. The course schedule will try to satisfy your preferences as much as possible.

Manifestations of intention to participate do not represent a commitment to participate on your side, but they grant you a discount, and they will be very useful for us to ensure an effective organization of the event.

Scholarships (expired)

There will be a limited number of scholarships covering, partially or in full, a standard registration. To become eligible for a scholarship, you must request it. Moreover, some sponsoring associations offer scholarships only to their members (therefore only members are eligible). Requests must be sent by email to dalt.school.2011@gmail.com by December 15, 2010. In the email, please indicate:

  • your name and contact details,
  • your organization,
  • your membership to one or more of the following associations: AIxIA, AEPIA.
  • your position in the organization (e.g.: 1st/2nd year Master/PhD student, post-doc, junior researcher, etc.),
  • a short bio (up to 2 pages including publications, patents or anything useful to describe your background),
  • a statement indicating your research interests (up to 1 page), and
  • a reference letter from your supervisor, tutor or head of school motivating your request for scholarship.
