Solutions and Infrastructure to ensure trust in E-commerce

Abstract:

Current trends suggest that distributed systems and services for e-commerce and B2B will become more and more popular in the next years.
To be really successful when providing these services on the Internet, security and trust must be properly addressed.
In this seminar we briefly discuss access control, PKI and policy concepts and we present examples of their usage within infrastructures at the service level, in E-Commerce and B2B contexts.
